Bang Bang Grouper with Baby Squash and Zucchini
One of my online friends posted a pic of Bang Bang shrimp today and it looked delicious. I happened to have a fantastic piece of grouper, so I figured -- why not try it.
For the Grouper
Lightly salt and pepper each side. Sear in a hot pan with olive oil for three minutes, then turn over and sear 3 more minutes, next cover reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Take off heat and top with sauce.
Sauce
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon sriracha
1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon honey
Mix all ingredients and top fish.
Veggies
Sautée baby zucchini, squash, 6 cherry tomatoes and 1/2 an onion in olive oil, garlic salt and pepper until tender.
